I'm an award-winning restaurateur. The places I've built have collected 20+ awards and recognitions, from MICHELIN Guide recommendations to Star Wine List awards. They belong to the venues and the teams that run them, and I'm proud of every one.
My world sits somewhere between hospitality, business, food, wine, creativity, and a healthy appetite for doing things differently.
I like starting with a blank page, connecting unexpected dots, building the right team, and turning a concept into something real.
